Returns & Refunds

We provide a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Return shipping is free. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of return receipt; bank posting may take 5–10 business days. Reporting damaged items within 7 business days does not limit your 30-calendar-day return rights. We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items.
