Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Shipping Costs

Orders totaling $49.99 and below: $5.00 flat rate
Orders totaling $50.00 and above: FREE

Processing Time (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PT) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include delivery time.

What Counts as a Business Day

Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once processed, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Time: 4-7 business days from order placement.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Need to Change or Cancel Your Order

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@minolume.com. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, but you may return items within 30 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will immediately initiate a claim with the carrier. While we work to resolve this as quickly as possible, carrier investigations typically require 5–7 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund once the claim is confirmed.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 business days. We will promptly initiate a carrier investigation to locate your package and work with you to ensure a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund upon completion of the review.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.

Extreme Circumstances

In the event of weather-related delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
