30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@minolume.com with "CANCEL" and your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, you can return the package for a full refund after delivery using our return process.
Note on Cut-off Logic: The cancellation window is strictly based on real-time order timestamp. The 2-hour window supersedes the next-business-day processing cut-off time. If an order is placed after 6:00 PM PT, the 2-hour cancellation window still applies, and any unprocessed order will be captured before processing resumes the next business day.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in our local 2-hour cancellation window or standard 30-day return policy affects your statutory rights under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. If you are ordering from jurisdictions that legally mandate a minimum cooling-off period, MinoLume will fully honor those statutory rights during our order compliance review.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging.
Lamps may be gently tested indoors to check fit and lighting.
Any signs of installation, wall-mounting, damage from misuse, or physical alteration will not be accepted.
Original packaging must be intact enough to protect the lamp during return shipping.
Return Shipping Method
Prepaid labels are generated for ground shipping via USPS or UPS. Once the label is issued and the package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive tracking updates. Depending on your location, return transit time to our facility is typically 2-7 business days. The package must be dropped off at a carrier-authorized location; pickup scheduling is not included.

How to Get Your Return Label
Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address. You can download and print the label directly. Please affix the label to the original package or a secure box, and drop off the package at any carrier drop-off location.

Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fees).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items explicitly marked and labeled as "Final Sale - Non-Returnable" on the product page
Gift cards
Standard sale, promotional, or discounted items are fully eligible for our 30-day free return policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your lamp arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, it is fully covered under our 30-day return window. We kindly encourage you to inspect your item upon delivery and notify us at your earliest convenience. We respond to all defect reports within 1-2 business days.

Refund Timing
Processing: Once your return is delivered, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Bank Posting: Your financial institution may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no charge.
